After a quiet period -a.o. looking for a new acoustic lead /
rhytm guitarist and working (and writing) on a large extention of their
repertoire; The Stringpickers are back and looking for some action.
For 2003 their agenda is getting busier and busier, besides the gigs in Holland also the Skjak Festival in Norway and some gigs in the U.K. are already booked. The new member of the band is Jelle, better known as Joe Sixpack.Joe also plays the lead guitar with The Ranch Girls and the Ragtime Wranglers. With Joe the band has a second lead guitarist, which gives an extra dimension on stage. |

Festival (Norway).
The organisation and the audiance aggreed about one thing; This was absolutely the best band on the festival. The band was invited to play on some other festival in Sweden and Norway next year and enquiries were make for a record distribution deal for Scandinavia. |

in the Country & Western scene as in the Rockabilly scene. Invitations to perform followed from many festival all over
